My Approach

I offer relational, client-centred psychotherapy for individuals. Relational therapy provides the opportunity for individuals to heal what they are struggling with through the process of deep listening and empathy. We would work collaboratively to understand your patterns of thoughts and feelings about yourself and the power of your significant relationships to shape the way you experience yourself. This type of therapy can strengthen your sense of self-confidence and improve your sense of well-being and generally gives you the sense that you are on top of things instead of things being on top of you.
